We create pre-designed architectural plans to inspire and guide your project. By purchasing, downloading, or using our plans, you agree to the terms below.

We’ve kept these as clear and straightforward as possible, but if you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.

1. About Our Plans

Our plans are thoughtfully designed to provide a strong and inspiring starting point for your project.

They are detailed construction drawings; however, they may require adaptation to suit your specific site conditions and local building regulations. These plans are not site-specific and are provided as digital files.

As every project and site is unique, all plans should be reviewed and appropriately tailored prior to construction.

2. Professional Review & Approval

Before proceeding with approvals or construction:

Your plans must be reviewed, adapted, and certified for your specific site
Additional documentation may be required depending on your location

Approval processes vary across Australia, and in some states (such as Queensland and Tasmania), additional certification may be required.

While our designs are created with care, we cannot guarantee approval outcomes.

3. Site Suitability

Every site comes with its own opportunities and constraints.

Our plans do not take into account:

Slope or soil conditions
Orientation or climate
Local services, overlays, or planning controls

It’s important to work with qualified professionals to ensure the design is suitable for your land.

4. Independent Advice

Our plans are part of the design journey, but they are not a substitute for professional advice.

Before proceeding, you should seek guidance from qualified professionals to ensure your project is appropriate, compliant, and ready to build.

5. Licence & Use

When you purchase a plan, you are granted a single-use licence.

This means:

The design may be used for one residential build
Plans must not be shared, resold, or reused for multiple projects
Any modifications or third-party use are at your own discretion and risk

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and materials remain the property of RE GLOW Design.

Your purchase grants you a licence to use the plans, but ownership and copyright remain with us.

7. Imagery & Visualisations

Our imagery is intended to help bring the design to life.

Renders and images may include finishes, fixtures, or styling elements that are not included in the base plans. The final built outcome may vary depending on your selections, builder, and site conditions.

8. Pricing & Digital Delivery

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise
Plans are delivered digitally and are available after purchase

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.

9. Responsibility & Liability

We design our plans with care; however, how they are used is outside of our control.

To the extent permitted by law:

We are not responsible for approval outcomes, site suitability, or construction results
We do not guarantee that a plan will meet your specific needs without adaptation
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the plan

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
